Application Process

  • Two Ways of Getting Your Quote
  • Option 1: - For online processing, click on the "start application" button listed on our website next to the company you wish to apply with.
  • Option 2: - For more convenience, we will take your request for an application over the phone toll free at 866-699-1884.
  • We will review your request form, then follow up with you to complete the remainder of the application over the phone.

What to Expect Once Your Application is Submitted

  1. Telephone Interview - A phone call in which you'll be asked questions to complete the first part of the application process. The interview only takes about 10-15 minutes. An interviewer will call you within 24-48 hours from the time your agent sends the order to them. If we are unable to reach you we will leave a message with an 800 number for you to call. Please use this number to call us at your convenience to complete the interview.
  2. Medical Exam Plans - Some companies require that you have some type of medical exam. An examiner will call you to set up a time to meet either at your home, office, or at the examination company's location, wherever is most convenient for you. (Exam is paid for by the insurance company) Please have the following information available for the examiner:
    • Names, addresses and phone numbers for all physicians or clinics you have visited for routine check-ups or treatment.
    • Names of all prescribed medication used, including dosage and frequency.
  1. Non Medical Exam Plans - Once you pick your plan, we will then follow up with a phone call in which we will complete the full application with you over the phone, we will then email the completed application to you for the E-Signature, these plans are approved in a matter of days and eliminate the need for the traditional medical exam. The phone application only takes about 10-15 minutes.
